AlphaMind has opened 15 venues since 2025 and isn’t slowing down

AlphaMind, the lifestyle hospitality group behind dining and nightlife destinations including KIRA, CLAP and Bar du Port, today announced that its portfolio has reached 26 venues across 18 brands in nine cities and six countries – including the UAE, Lebanon, Egypt and Spain – having served over one million guests in the past 12 months alone. The milestones come less than three years after the group launched as a joint venture.

To date, AlphaMind has opened 11 venues in 2025 and four so far in 2026. Five more are due before December ends, with a pipeline extending into 2027 and beyond.

Tony Habre, Founder and CEO of AlphaMind said: “Even as the industry navigated a complex landscape this year, our belief in the strength of the region never wavered. Hospitality is about giving people somewhere to come together, and we discovered that mattered more than ever this year. So we chose to trust our instincts, our concepts and our agile, resilient team – and decided to go ahead with our openings this year as planned. We kept building with quality, differentiation and operational excellence in mind as people increasingly prioritise memorable experiences that make them feel part of a community.”

AlphaMind was formed in February 2024 as a joint venture between ADMO Lifestyle Holding and Addmind Hospitality, with a mission to expand and elevate homegrown brands in the UAE and abroad. The diverse portfolio spans lifestyle and social dining, cafés, beach clubs and nightlife. Each brand maintains its own distinct personality while sharing an instinct for creativity, culture and hospitality. Since its inception, the group created new concepts including KIRA, LITT, Son of a Fish and Sutēki; developed scalable brands and sub-brands such as CLAP HOUSE in Ibiza, Café du Port, Café KIRA and CLAP KA-FE; and refreshed flagship favourites including Iris in Dubai Harbour, Bar du Port in Abu Dhabi and more.

Harbour House – a new destination at Dubai Harbour

AlphaMind’s strategy is to build concepts around strong identities and loyal communities in prime locations. Dubai Harbour is the clearest example. The group has turned a waterfront site that was once a helipad into Harbour House, a lifestyle destination that currently brings together five of its concepts – three of which opened this spring:

  • Iris Harbour: The iconic brand, now a rooftop lounge that moves from early evening bites and sunset drinks into dining and late-night music (opened in April 2026)
  • Café du Port: Bar du Port’s daytime format, catering to the city’s growing coffee culture (opened in April 2026)
  • Sutēki: An intimate, arthouse inspired restaurant entirely devoted to Wagyu (opened in May 2026)
  • Bar du Port: The Riviera-inspired dining and social concept, a longtime Dubai favourite (opened in 2022)
  • Son of a Fish: A playful yet elevated Greek restaurant (opened in 2025)
  • A new flagship nightlife venue is scheduled to open before the end of 2026 to complement the lineup

“We have a fantastic, collaborative partnership with our landlord Shamal Holding whose vision for Dubai Harbour made this destination possible. The concepts at Harbour House are homegrown, created in-house by AlphaMind – designed as a social playground to capture morning-to-late-night footfall, they attract both residents and global visitors,” Habre added. “What ties them together is a feeling more than a format. People don’t go out just to eat – they want to feel like they’ve travelled somewhere for the night.”

Taking homegrown brands abroad

AlphaMind is also taking its brands beyond the UAE – operating its own venues and in select locations working with partners. This is in line with the UAE National Tourism Strategy 2031, which aims to transform the nation into a premier global leisure and culinary hub, and scaling homegrown concepts into international brands. “The UAE and GCC are among the most dynamic hospitality markets. For years, the region imported hospitality concepts, now it leads the development,” Habre noted. “We are now producing world-class concepts that the rest of the globe wants to import.”

Bar du Port and Bar du Port Beach, which began in Lebanon, have expanded across the UAE, Egypt and Qatar – with Café du Port open in Dubai and due later this year in Abu Dhabi. CLAP, an anchor of Dubai’s DIFC and a renowned destination in Beirut, expanded to Europe with CLAP HOUSE in Ibiza and CLAP KAFE in London, while KIRA – which opened in 2025 in Marsa Al Arab – will launch a daytime Café KIRA in November  at HUNA on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah. The portfolio’s international reputation has drawn high-profile figures, from designers Stefano Gabbana and Donatella Versace to athlete Roger Federer and entertainers Tom Cruise, Janet Jackson, and David Guetta.

Talent and technology, community and connection

For AlphaMind it’s not just about new sites and new concepts – it’s as much about staying relevant in a competitive market, consistently evolving existing venues by working with top talent to further strengthen its leadership and guest experience.

  • Award-winning Chef Reif Othman, known for inventive Japanese-inspired cooking, joined as chef partner at CLAP
  • Chef Pablo Fernandez, Michelin-trained and with two decades of fine dining experience, was appointed at Iris Harbour to further evolve the culinary identity
  • Shiv Menon, the UAE’s Michelin Sommelier of 2025, became Head of Wines across the portfolio.
  • In May, the company launched Mindset by AlphaMind, a proprietary loyalty platform that offers cash back and points earned on every visit including an AED100 dining credit upon sign up. Designed to drive retention and cross-brand discovery, members reserve, visit and spend more across the portfolio, and the data enables more personalised experiences
  • In March, AlphaMind offered 30 percent off dining across its UAE portfolio during a difficult time for the region and the industry – an initiative rooted in the belief that hospitality exists to create spaces for shared moments, and to give people a reason to go out and be together when they need it most

“Growing a hospitality business isn’t just a real estate exercise,”
Habre concluded “it’s about human connection that makes guests keep coming back for more. It’s a team that shows up with the same energy and dedication every day. That’s the heart of our story – and it’s what turns a site into a true hospitality brand and gives us confidence as we continue to scale AlphaMind.”
