1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Mindset loyalty programme operated by AlphaMind Group (“AlphaMind”, “we”, “our”). By registering for Mindset, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Membership
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older
- Only one account is permitted per individual
- Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Membership is free
- AlphaMind reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion
3. Programme Structure
- Mindset is a loyalty programme that allows members to earn and redeem points across participating AlphaMind venues
- A list of participating venues is available in the Mindset app and may change at any time without notice
- AlphaMind reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the programme, including its structure, benefits, or rewards, at any time
4. Earning Points
- Members earn points on eligible transactions at participating venues
- Points are awarded on the full bill value excluding tips
- Points are calculated after any discounts or promotions have been applied
- Points are not awarded on tips or gratuities
- Members must identify themselves at the time of payment to receive points
- Points will typically be credited within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours
- Only one member account can earn points per bill
- Corporate events, private events, and group bookings for over 20 people are excluded from earning points
- AlphaMind reserves the right to correct errors in point allocation at any time
5. Points Conditions
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared between accounts
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise stated
- Expired points will not be reinstated
- AlphaMind reserves the right to adjust the points-to-credit conversion rate at any time
6. Redemption of Rewards
- Points can be redeemed for credit against bills at participating venues
- Redemption must be presented at the time of payment
- One app may be used per bill
- Rewards and redemptions are subject to availability at each venue
- Venues reserve the right to limit or refuse redemptions based on operational capacity
- Rewards may be subject to additional conditions, including date, time, or usage restrictions
- Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated
- Once a reward is claimed, it may be subject to expiry and cannot be reissued if unused
- If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, or adjusted, the corresponding points may be deducted or reversed from the member’s account
- AlphaMind reserves the right to reverse points or rewards that were incorrectly issued
- AlphaMind reserves the right to modify or withdraw rewards at any time without notice
7. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account details
- Use the programme in good faith
- Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Attempting to exploit referral or reward mechanisms
- Misusing staff or operational processes to gain unfair advantage
AlphaMind reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke points and rewards where activity is deemed abusive or not in the spirit of the programme
8. Suspension & Termination
AlphaMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time if:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- These Terms & Conditions are breached
- The programme is misused
Upon termination:
- All points and rewards may be forfeited
- Access to the programme will be revoked
9. Liability
- AlphaMind is not liable for technical issues, system outages, or delays affecting the programme
- AlphaMind is not responsible for loss of points or rewards due to:
- Failure to present membership at time of payment
- User error or incorrect account details
- Circumstances beyond its control
- AlphaMind makes no guarantee of continuous availability of the programme or its features
10. Privacy
Participation in Mindset is subject to AlphaMind’s Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to the collection and use of your data for programme administration, personalisation, and operational purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with the programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
