Midweek and weekend nights at Son of a Fish move to the sound of Helios, a live four-piece Greek folktronic band performing from 8:30PM until late. The live set gradually lifts the energy in the room, shaping the evening as dinner gives way to a livelier atmosphere.

Inspired by the sound of Re:Kultura, the music blends traditional Greek folk with modern electronic beats. Bouzouki, baglama and accordion are layered with contemporary rhythm, creating a sound that feels both rooted and modern.
