Start with miso soup, then choose two Hajimari such as salmon sashimi with sesame, yuzu and truffle dressing, spicy tuna with ssamjang and wasabi mayo, or crispy chicken karaage with kosho mayo.

For your main, choose from Salmon Teriyaki with pickled cucumber, Oven Baked Miso Cod with mustard miso sauce, Robata Beef Oyster Blade with truffle mayo, Chirashi Bowl or Yakisoba Noodles.

Add dessert for £5 and finish with Chocolate Bar, Yuzu Crème Brûlée or Mochi Ice Cream.
